utah & florida permits

If you wish to apply for either the Florida or Utah permit, then read thru this carefully to get the information you need to accomplish it.

Before you decide to get another states permit, you should know that your NV permit is good in UT, if that is the only reason you want it. Also the FL permit is easier to get and good in most of the same states. See our reciprocity page for the details of it here: Reciprocity Page

For a Florida permit, our regular certificate of training will qualify you for this permit. You will need to get the application from them, and study Florida laws carefully if you intend to carry there. You can read more and get the application here:  Florida Info

To get the Utah permit, we are required to do some additional training, and provide you additional paperwork to qualify for it. There is a $25 fee in addition to the Basic class tuition for this service. We only provide this training in conjunction with the Basic class. If you want to get this permit, you will need to go to their website here and download the application. You must bring this with you to the class, filled out, for us to sign. In addition you will be required to know Utah laws as they apply to your carry there. Study them from these 3 pages. Page1; Page2; Page3.  If you are prepared the class will go more quickly.
